You can place an order with us by post enclosing a cheque. Most books, kits and PCBs are held in stock and we expect to dispatch by return. You should receive the goods within 7 days.
We are happy to invoice against an official purchase order from UK schools and colleges.
Alternatively, you can order and pay for individual items by clicking 'Buy Now' buttons hosted by PayPal™. In this case, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. We will email you again when the goods are dispatched. You should receive the goods within 7 days.
UK postage costs are clearly indicated on the web pages where the goods are described. International customers should email for further information.
If the goods are damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
Cancellation and returns...
You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the date of delivery. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
Kits must be returned unopened. Where a CD-ROM is supplied together with a book, the seal on the CD-ROM package must be unbroken. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
